Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly.
Eligibility for Refunds:
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, we will issue a full refund or replace the product with the correct one at no additional cost.
Defective or Problematic Product: If the activation code provided does not work or is defective, we will issue a refund after confirming the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Correctly Delivered and Functioning Products: Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, we cannot offer refunds for products that were delivered correctly and are functioning as intended.
Refund Process:
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

No worries! At Nexbuk, we usually deliver your activation code within only one business day.
If it's been more than a business day and you still haven't received your product, please reach out to us — we’re happy to help!

Do you deliver on public holidays?
We always try our best to deliver your products as quickly as possible!
Since we aim to generate fresh keys for every purchase, it might take up to one business day.
However, if we already have the key in stock, you'll receive it the same day, even if it's a public holiday.
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We currently don't offer physical products. Your digital license code will be delivered directly to your email. Fast & Secure.
Is it possible to return my product?
As we only offer digital products, we're unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
